"Despite sending numerous follow-up emails, I have received no communication whatsoever regarding my refund, even though the shipment was returned to the seller due to issues on their end. This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I have encountered. The lack of communication, failure to address repeated follow-ups, and now closing the ticket without resolution reflects very poorly on the customer service."

I placed my order through the official Indian website: ***loopearplugs***/products/dream Order Details: Order ID: IN48346 Order Date: 02 July 2026 Product: Loop Dream (Lilac) Amount Paid: ₹3,899 (Prepaid) After placing the order: I received an official order confirmation from loopearplugs@cavitak.com. I received WhatsApp updates from Amazon Multi Channel Fulfillment confirming that Amazon would deliver my order. The tracking page later showed that the parcel went Out for Delivery on multiple occasions before changing to "Carrier delay has occurred. " As of today, I still have not received the product. When I contacted support, I was surprised to receive a response stating that no order could be found using my email address or the information I provided. This is unacceptable because: My order was placed through the official Indian Loop website (loopearplugs. in), not the global website (loopearplugs. com). I have a valid order confirmation email, payment confirmation, and tracking information. My account on the Indian website redirects to a Shopify order page, proving that the order exists. Customers should not be asked to prove the existence of an order that was placed on the company's own website. This appears to be a disconnect between Loop Global and Loop India/Cavitak. If global support cannot access orders placed through the Indian storefront, that should be clearly communicated internally so customers are not repeatedly asked for information that has already been provided. I have already shared: Order confirmation Order number (IN48346) Payment details Tracking screenshots Account redirection details Video demonstrating the order in my account At this point, I request that my case be immediately escalated to the Loop India/Cavitak team responsible for Indian orders. If the shipment has been lost by Amazon Transportation Services, please confirm this and either: Dispatch a replacement immediately, or Issue a full refund. I also strongly recommend improving the integration between Loop India and Loop Global support systems so that Indian customers are not told that their orders do not exist. This creates unnecessary frustration and significantly impacts customer confidence in the brand. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers ordering from India do not experience the same issue."

"Love it so so much!!! I had sensitive hearing and couldnt handling my wife's snoring. She had to go to doctors to see if she could fix it and i was sleeping separately because of this. But thanks to loop, iam able to sleep with my family right next to her and her heavy snores dont affect me at all. Loop earplugs are really amazing, very comfortable. . comes with different sizes for fit. . took a few tries but fits well within the ear comfortably and stays inside even if you roll around. .
